The Soul of Astitva. Mrs Kiran Bisht’s journey is one of resilience and great cultural pride. Raised in the village of Haat near Chakutia, she is the daughter of a martyred Army soldier. Growing up in a household defined by sacrifice and discipline, she developed a strong sense of duty toward her community.
With a Master’s in Political Science and a life deeply connected to the Indian Army fraternity, Kiran Bisht brings a “people-first” approach to business. She ensures that the brand remains true to its Himalayan roots, focusing on ethics, environmental preservation, and the empowerment of local communities. She is the guardian of the brand’s integrity.

The Strategic Vision. Representing the new generation of leadership, Mrs Ritika Nautiyal brings agility, innovation, and strategic foresight to the company. Educated in Dehradun and at Garhwal University, she combines her academic background with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ritika focuses on the “How” and “Where” of the business, optimising operations, adopting new technologies, and plotting the expansion of Astitva across India. She believes that a company grows only when its people grow, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Her goal is to scale Astitva from a regional favourite to a national leader in hydration.
